我国新能源产业影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research on the Influence Factors upon New Energy Industry in China

基于229家新能源企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型分析资源环境、经济环境、技术环境和政策环境对新能源产业发展的影响。研究结果表明,资源环境对新能源产业发展的影响并不明显;经济技术环境的改善对新能源产业的发展有积极影响;现阶段政策环境对新能源产业的发展影响有限,尤其是财政政策未发挥应有的作用。依据以上研究发现,提出了相应的政策建议。

Using survey data of 229 animation enterprises, the article conducts an empirical study on the influence of resource environment, economic environment, technological environment, policy environment for new energy industry based on structural equation model. The results show that： （1） The influence of resource environment on new energy industry is invisible; （2） Economic and technological environment play a positive role to new energy industry; （3） The influence of policy environment on new energy industry at this stage is limited, In particular, fiscal policy does not play its due role. According to the result of empirical analysis, some proposals are put forward.
