摘要对技术标准设定中技术兼容性的选择已成为具有强网络外部性的高技术企业的重要竞争战略。在技术标准设定背景下,研究了影响高技术企业技术兼容性选择的主要因素以及与兼容性选择相适应的R&D活动的类型与特点,并对中兴通讯公司进行了案例分析,以期帮助从事技术标准设定活动的高技术企业形成正确的技术选择与开发战略,并有效分配R&D资源,使其成功完成技术标准设定并建立市场竞争力。
