摘要
通过培育试验研究水田土壤对外加无机氮和有机碳的响应机制,考查不同形态和含量的无机氮和定量的葡萄糖对水田土壤的施肥效应。水田土中施加氮肥消耗土壤中的有机碳,硝态氮对热水提取有机碳(HWC)损耗更多,土壤主要进行异养硝化作用和反硝化作用,从而使HWC下降,外源葡萄糖的加入激发了土壤中原有的顽固态碳,使得表现HWC升高,这可能存在有机碳的起爆效应。
The paddy soil response mechanism to exogenous inorganic nitrogen and organic carbon was studied and the fertilization effects of different forms and content of inorganic nitrogen and quantitative glucose on paddy soil were also investigated. Results showed that nitrogen fertilizer in paddy soil consumed organic carbon and nitrate nitrogen consumed more hot water extractable carbon (HWC) mainly by heterotrophic nitrification and denitrification. Addition of exogenous glucose primed the original stubborn carbon in soil, and improved the level of HWC probabl'~ because of priming effect.
