摘要
通过对淀粉厂新鲜木薯渣及其在密封和有氧贮存条件下贮藏3个月后的理化指标,如pH值、含水量、总碳、灰分、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等,进行测定分析,研究密封贮存和有氧贮存两种条件下木薯渣成分的变化,为淀粉厂木薯残渣的贮存提供参考。结果表明,与新鲜木薯渣相比,密封贮存3个月的木薯渣总纤维类含量降低21.90%,其中纤维素含量降低了10.46%,其他营养成分变化相对较小;有氧存放3个月的木薯渣pH值上升了2.6,物料从严重偏酸到接近中性,灰分增加了1.215倍,半纤维素含量则减少了22.55%。
By measuring and analyzing physicochemieal index including pH, moisture content, total carbon, ash, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and so on of fresh cassava residue from starch factory, cassava residue sealed stored and aerobic stored after 3 months, the paper studied the composition changes of cassava residue, which was respectively sealed stored and aerobic stored, which was to provide a reference for storage of cassava residue of starch factory. The result showed that, compared with fresh cassava residue, the total fiber content of cassava residue after 3 months' sealed storage decreased by 21.90%, cellulose content decreased by 10.16%, meanwhile other composition changes were relatively small. However, cassava residue aerobic stored for 3 months, whose pH value rose by 2.6, close to neutral, the ash content increased by 1.215 times and hemicellulose content decreased by 22.55%.
