摘要
指出了以往“变频法”所存在的问题 ,如测量电流太大、测量误差大等 ,提出了“异频测量法”,并研制出准确可靠。
It is pointed out that the former “frequency changing method”has some problem such as high measuring current and large error etc. The “different frequency method”is developed. The measuring instrument of large scale grids resistance with different power frequency is also developed. It has the advantage of accurate, reliable and easy to use.
