摘要
研究九香虫"臭气"的挥发性成分组成,为九香虫的开发利用提供科学依据。直接收集九香虫排泄的防御性物质,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其挥发性成分进行分离鉴定,并采用面积归一法确定各成分的相对百分含量。总共鉴定出12种成分,其中含量相对较高的有十三烷、反-2-己烯醛、3,4-二甲基-2-己烯,共占总量的97.68%。十三烷为九香虫"臭气"的主要挥发性成分,占挥发性成分总量的65.956%。
To study the chemical constituents of fetor from Aspongopus chinensis Dallas, the defensive material was collected by irritative methods straightly, and then the chemical constituents of fetor were analyzed with GC-MS. The results showed that twelve compounds were identified from the defensive material by GC-MS, in which the Tridecane, (E)-2-Hexenal and 3,4-dimethyl-2-Hexene accounted for 97.68% of the whole fetor. Tridecane was the major volatility compound accounting for 65.956%.
