摘要 概述了铅(Pb)对水生动物抗氧化酶的影响、机理和防治研究领域的进展,重点综述Pb(包括Pb及其混合物)对水生动物抗氧化酶的影响及其机理,并对降低或除去水体中的Pb和增强水生动物的抗氧化胁迫能力以提高防治作用进行了阐述,旨在进一步促进对其深入研究和防治,为评价Pb对水生动物抗氧化酶的影响提供新的证据。 The present paper reviews the progress of the effect, mechanism of lead(Pb) on antioxidant enzymes of aquatic animals and its prevention.The focus is on the effect, mechanism of lead (Pb) on antioxidant enzymes of aquatic animals.The paper and also reviewes the prevention measures,including reducing or eliminating Pb in water and enhancement of the antioxidant stress ability of aquatic animal. The purpose is to further study Pb effect and its prevention, to provide scientific methods for assessment and monitoring of Pb and other heavy metal pollution.
