摘要 以新鲜猪粪为原料,厌氧发酵180d,研究不同温度(6、12、18、24、30℃)对发酵启动、产气量周期的影响。结果表明,各温度都能启动发酵,温度越高,产气量越多;发酵周期随温度的上升而缩短,低温(20℃以下)发酵周期为7个月,中温(20~45%)发酵周期为4个月;每年需换大料2次,共耗时20~30d;24%时产气周期适宜,产与量高而稳定,是常温发酵的最适温度。 Using the fresh pig manure as material, the effect of temperature (6 ℃, 12℃, 18℃, 24℃, 30℃) on fermentation start- up and period of biogas production were studied for 180 days. The results showed that fermentation could be started in all temperature levels, the higher the temperature, the more biogas production, and the fermented period reduced with the temperature going up. The period was 7 months at low temperature (below 20℃), 4 months at middle temperature (20-45℃). The aniseed was changed twice a year, from February to March and July to August, which took 20N30 days. It had the best biogas producing period in 24℃ when the biogas production volume was big and stable. The best tempareture for pig manure fermentation was 24℃.
