广东农业产业结构调整方向及保障机制研究——以佛山为例

Research on the Guangdong province agricultural industry structural adjustment direction and guarantee mechanism——Taking Foshan city as an example

通过农业结构调整实现农业现代化,是当前和今后一个时期我国"三农"工作的重大战略任务。广东提出要在珠三角地区率先实现农业现代化目标,这给佛山的农业和农村经济发展带来机遇与挑战。在收集佛山历年农业产业有关数据基础上,分析了佛山农业产业结构的现状、特点及存在的问题,指出佛山农业产业结构调整应树立"大农业"观念,在五区统筹规划基础上,优化产业布局,朝着专业化、标准化、农产品优质化及产业化方向发展,最后从政府层面提出促进佛山农业产业结构调整的几点保障措施。

Agricultural modernization could be realized through the adjustment of agricultural structure, which should be the major strategic task of China＇s three rural work in the current and future period. Guangdong province puts forward to take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization target in the Pearl River Delta region, which brings opportunity and challenge to Foshan agriculture and rural economy development. Based on the collection of the data related to the agricultural industry of Foshan city over the years, this paper analyzed the current situation, characteristics and problems of agricultural industry structure in Foshan. Next, it pointed out the structural adjustment of agricultural industry in Foshan should establish ＂big agrieuhure＂ concept, it was said that, based on the overall planning of five districts, we should optimize the industrial layout and then develop toward specialization, standardization, high-quality and industrialization of agricultural products. Finally, we advanced some guarantee measures to promote the structural adjustment of Foshan agricultural industry.
