摘要
采用归纳总结的方法,说明食品安全法分段监管原则的形成过程和发展轨迹,通过对发展轨迹的研究分析说明我国食品安全法基本原则中分段监管原则形成的法律机制及存在的问题,因此得出我国食品安全监管应:建立统一机构赋予其食品安全执法权,充分发挥行业协会的自律性监管功能,建立我国食品安全信息系统,引导全社会积极参与形成全社会共同监督。
Using the summary of the food safety law method, this paper shows sectional supervision principle, the process of formation and development, based on the development path of research analysis of Chinese food safety law basic principle of sectional supervision principles form the legal mechanism and existing problems, so that Chi-na's food safety supervision should be: to establish a unified body to its food safety enforcement power, gove full play to industry association self-discipline supervision function, establish China's food safety information system, guide whole society to actively participate in the formation of the whole society to supervise.
