碳钢表面激光铬钼合金化与合金层热稳定性的研究

摘要 作者利用大功率CO_2激光器在碳钢表面获得了显微硬度和成分分布均匀的铬钼合金层,实验结果表明:合金层的硬度提高到基体硬度的2~3倍,热稳定性也较基体有明显提高。另外,文中对合金层性能改善的原因也进行了初步的探讨。 The layer alloyed with chromium and molybdenum on surface of carbon steel was obtained by using high power CO_2 laser in this study. Experimental results show that the distributions of microhardness and compositions in the alloyed layer are uniform. The microhardness of alloyed layer is increased to 2 or 3 times compared with that of carbon steel. Meanwhile the thermal stability of the alloyed layer is obviously higher than that of carbon steel. In addition, the reason for improving these properties has been discussed.
