摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的市场环境下,顾客满意度理念已逐步渗透到企业的经营战略和日常管理中,并成为学术界的研究热点。结合统计学、AMOS的相关知识,通过因子分析方法和ACSI模型研究了大学生对昆明旅游满意度的影响因素。
In an increasingly competitive market environment, customer satisfaction gradually penetrated into the corporate business strategy and day- today management, and it became the research focus of the academic community, In this paper, the authors used the knowledge of the statistics, AMOS, through factor analysis and built the ACSI model to study the factors that affected the college students' tourist satisfaction.
