双源CT评价正常肺动脉瓣形态学及动态特征 被引量:2

Assessment of the Morphological and Dynamic Features of Normal Pulmonary Valve in a Cardiac Cycle Using Dual-source CT

摘要 采用双源CT评价正常肺动脉瓣形态学特征及动态特征。对30例正常成人行双源CT冠状动脉造影,右室流出道显影良好者纳入该研究。重建10个心动周期图像,测量肺动脉瓣口面积及肺动脉瓣环直径。肺动脉瓣开放时,瓣口类圆形或近似三角形;关闭时,瓣叶对合呈"Y"字形。10%~30%时相,肺动脉瓣开放,最大瓣膜口面积约为(4.74±0.69)cm2,位于10%时相;40%~90%时相肺动脉瓣关闭。肺动脉瓣环大小随心动周期而变化,肺动脉瓣环最大及最小直径分别为(2.36±0.24)cm和(1.82±0.32)cm,分别出现于0%和40%时相,肺动脉瓣环最大和最小直径差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。评价肺动脉瓣最佳时相为70%。双源CT可以评价肺动脉瓣膜的形态学及动态特征。 The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological and dynamic features of normal pulmonary valve by using dualsource CT. Thirty patients who underwent dualsource CT angiography with right ventricular outflow tract wellopacified were enrolled. Ten phases of images were reconstructed at 10% RR interval, and pul monary valve area and pulmonary annular diameter were measured on all l0 phases. As the pulmonary valve opened, its orifice appeared as oval or proximate triangle. As the pulmonary valve closed, it appeared as "Yshape". Pulmo nary valve opened from 10% to 30% phases, with maximum pulmonary valve area of (4.74±0.69)cm2 in 10%phase. Pulmonary valve closed from 400//oo to 90% phases. Pulmonary annular diameter varied with cardiac cycle, with maximum pulmonary annular diameter of (2.36±0. 24)cm in 0%phase and minimum pulmonary annular diam eter of (1.82±0.32)cm in 40% phase (P〈0. 001). The proximal phase for assessing pulmonary valve was 70%phase. Dualsource CT may evaluate the morphological and dynamic features of normal pulmonary valve.
