摘要
介绍了采用R/V变换的方法实现高精度电阻测量的原理和方法,对电阻测量中误差产生的原因作了分析,在电路设计中加入了电阻筛选功能,采用MSP430单片机作为控制电路实现了低功耗。
This paper introduces the principle and method of realizing resistance precision measuring by using R/V converter. It also analyses the error causes in resistance measuring. The author adds the function of resistance riddling, use MSP430 monolithic integrat- ed circuit as control circuit, thus realizes the low power consumption.
