摘要
基于JAVA+MYSQL的WEB开发技术,采用B/S三层体系架构,结合人事测评系统的实践,以计算机公司为例,简单介绍了该系统开发所涉及的相关技术,介绍了测评体系建立的相关规则,以及系统功能设计和数据库设计。由于java技术的优越性,使得它成为开发人事测评系统的重要工具。
Based on JAVA + MYSQL technology, using the B/S architecture, combining the practice, of personnel comprehensive as- sessment system. The article introduces the relevant technologies involved in this system, focuses on the assessment rules, functional design and database design. Tests show that, compared with the conventional way, this system can economize plenty of manpower, mate- rial resources and financial resources,and raise working efficiency.
