浅析监护报酬

我国民事立法中并没有监护报酬的规定,然而世界许多发达国家都有相关的规定。本文从经济和法律两个途径分析在我国建立监护报酬制度的必要性。并对监护报酬制度在我国应如何构筑提出了一些自己的见解。

Though the system of payment for custodian is stipulated in many developed countries, there is no provision in our civil law. The author expounds it necessary in our country from two ways： law and economy, and puts forward some advice on how to establish the system in our country.
