一种抗辐照485总线接收器设计

摘要 采用0.5μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种能够在γ射线辐射和中子辐射环境下正常工作的RS-485总线接收器。内部结构包含输入电平移位电路、输入缓冲器、输入滤波器、迟滞比较器四部分。流片测试及辐照试验结果均表明,设计的接收器在满足RS-485总线标准的同时,具备抗γ射线辐射250Gy(Si)、抗中子注量2.5×1013 n/cm2的性能,适用于低剂量核辐射环境。 An RS-485 receiver was designed using 0.5 μm CMOS technology,which was capable of working in γ-ray and neutron radiation environment.The circuit was comprised of input level shifter,input buffer,input filter and hysteresis comparator.Both test results and radiation experiments showed that the receiver met the requirements of the RS-485 standard,and it could tolerate γ-ray radiation of 250 Gy(Si) and neutron radiation of 2.5×10 13n/cm2.The circuit was suitable for application in low-dose nuclear radiation environment.
