动液面连续监测技术在间抽油井上的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目前采油工艺动液面测量是采用回声仪人工击发式技术,此动液面的获取仅为油井瞬间动液面,以瞬间动液面做为冲次等参数调整的依据存在较大误差,很难保证机采效率,也难以实现生产间抽控制,这种传统的采油工艺技术已经成为制约油田发展的瓶颈。动液面在线检测技术可以实现对油井液面的连续动态实时检测,该技术可实现油井有油时自动抽取,无油时自动停机,能显著提高间开油井的日产量。文章介绍了动液面在线式检测仪的工作原理、技术指标、检测步骤和在间抽油井现场的应用,结果表明增产效果显著。 Technique of echo-location instrument triggered by manpower is used to measure the dynamic level of oil well at present.The measured dynamic level is instantaneous fluid level,and based on which to regulate pump parameters such as the frequency of stroke would lead to larger error.So it is hard to ensure oil-drawing efficiency and to implement intermissive oil-drawing control.This traditional technique has greatly obstructed oilfield development.The new online dynamic level measuring technique can realize continuous online measurement of the liquid level of oil well,which will automatically control pumping unit to work as oil well filling with oil or stop as oil well lacking of oil.The working principle and technical indexes of the online dynamic liquid level detector as well as the detection procedure are introduced in this paper.Its field application in intermissive oil-drawing wells shows the daily oil production increases obviously.
