巴曲酶配伍复方丹参注射液对老年进展型脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Compound Danshen and Batroxobin Injection on neurologic impairment and activity of daily living of elderly people with progressive cerebral infarction

目的观察巴曲酶配伍复方丹参注射液对老年进展型脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法 64例老年进展型脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组(每组32例),对照组分别于第1d、第3d、第5d静脉滴注10BU、5BU及5BU巴曲酶注射液,观察组在对照组基础上配伍复方丹参注射液治疗,1次/d,连续治疗14d后,比较两组治疗后7d及14d的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分以及整体疗效的差异。结果观察组治疗后7d及14d的NIHSS评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后7d及14d的ADL评分与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);整体疗效显示,观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为71.88%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶配伍复方丹参注射液能明显改善老年进展型脑梗死患者神经功能缺损状况及提高日常生活能力,其临床疗效确切可靠,且明显优于单用巴曲酶注射液,因而具有进一步推广应用的价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Compound Danshen and Batroxobin Injection on neurologic impairment and activity of daily living of elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction.Methods 64patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 32cases in each group.The control group only was treated with 10BU,5BU and 5BU of Batroxobin Injection on Day1,Day3and Day5.The treatment group was treated with Danshen Injection once each day adding to amount of the Batroxobin injection of the control group.After the continuous treatment for 14days,the NIHSS（National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale）,ADL（Activity of Daily Life）and the overall efficacy of each group on Day 7and Day 14were observed and compared.Results There was statistical difference in NIHSS and ADL between the two group before treatment and after Day 7and Day 14of treatment（P 0.05and P 0.01）.For the overall efficacy,the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%and that of the control group was 71.88%.Therefore their difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The treatment of Compound Danshen and Batroxobin Injection can improve the neurological function and ADL of elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction.It has reliable clinical effect,which is much better than that of using Batroxobin Injection only.Therefore this compound treatment is worth popularizing.
