蛋白质饮食、运动与Sarcopenia预防 被引量:2

摘要 肌肉衰减征(Sarcopenia),是指肌肉质量、体积以及肌肉力量下降为主要特征的一种中老年人多发病征;本文综述了国内外关于预防老年人Sarcopenia蛋白质饮食并探讨运动对其影响。建议老年人每顿餐摄入约25~30克优质蛋白质以最大限度刺激老年人肌肉蛋白质的合成;运动可以有效预防老年人Sarcopenia。
