中小型图书馆实施数字图书馆建设探索——以绵阳市数字图书馆建设为例

2011年国家推出了"数字图书馆推广工程"(简称"推广工程"),绵阳市图书馆作为首批试点的市级公共图书馆入选其中。结合已有的硬件平台、文化信息资源共享工程市中心建设,绵阳市图书馆按照相关要求部分实施了数字图书馆工程建设,笔者就绵阳市数字图书馆实施过程遇到的问题和解决思路,与同仁分享、交流。
