摘要
本文运用文献资料法比较不同方式运动对生长期骨量的作用,发现力量训练促进骨量累积的作用大于耐力训练,负重运动大于非负重运动。
Using literature material method to review researches about the effect of different exercises with bone mineral density in growing period.We found that resistance training have greater bone mass than endurance training,and weight exercise have more osteogenetic effect than non-weight exercise.
