87例头孢菌素类药物不良反应分析

Analysis of 87 Cases of Adverse Drug Reacions Induced by Cephalosporin

目的了解嘉兴市第一医院头孢菌素药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,促进合理用药。方法对医院2010～2011年期间收集的87例头孢菌素ADR报告进行统计、分类并分析。结果 87例头孢菌素ADR中,60岁以上的老年人所占的比例最大,达到39.1%,不良反应发生最少的年龄段为10～20岁之间,仅有2例,占2.3%;药品不良反应报告来源最多的为药师,有53例,占总例数的60.9%,来自临床医务人员的报告仅为34例,占到39.1%;三代头孢引起的ADR居首位,62例,占71.3%,其次二代头孢菌素22例,占25.3%;临床表现以皮肤及附属器损伤最为常见,共计80例,占70.2%。结论应重视药品不良反应监测及相关知识的宣传,避免或减少不良反应的发生,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To investigate the occurrences of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in our hospital induced by cephalosporin, so as to promote a rational clinical drug use. Methods 87 cases of ADR in our hospital induced by cephalosporin from 2010 lo 2011 were counted up, classified and analyzed. Results Among the 87 cases, the highest proportion was the aged , up to 39.1%, while the age between 10 and 20 had the lest proportion ,accounting for 2.3% ;the pharmacist reported the majority of ADR, reaching 60.9% , in contrast to the clinical medical staff,up to 3.1% ;most ADR were induced by third generation cephalosporin, accounting for 31.3% ,followed by second generation cephalosporin,reaching 25.3% ;lesions of skin and its appendages were the most common presentations of the ADR, up to 70.2%.
