摘要
AGC系统在中板轧机应用使钢板纵向厚差得到显著提高,钢板的出口厚度与很多因素有关,如:来料的厚度、温度、压下响应速度和轧机刚度等。由于钢板头尾形状的不规则和边缘的性质,导致钢板边部温度的不确定性,使得头尾厚度偏差较大。本文结合现场应用情况,对某2500中板轧机AGC进行消化和分析,对影响钢板头尾厚度的因素进行研究,制定改进方案,取得良好的效果。
AGC system in medium platemill can improve thickness difference,many factors,such as the gauge of slab,temperature and the response speed of screw down systen etc,may have effects on the gauge of the strip.Irregular shape in head and tail of strip make temperature uncertainly,and it gets large thickness difference in head and tail of strip.Base on one 2500mm medium plate Rolling Mill,it has the in-depth study to the thickness in head and tail of strip in AGC system.And get the improvement to achieve a fine result.
