Some Thoughts on Career Management of Female Staff in New Era

胡锦涛总书记提出了"把妇联组织建设成为党开展妇女工作的坚强阵地和深受广大妇女信赖和热爱的温暖之家",这是党中央对新时期妇联组织和妇女工作的新要求。本文从当前女工工作中存在的问题、新时期女工发展的目标以及加强女工工作的措施三个方面入手,旨在为新形势下做好女工工作提供参考。

General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward that ＂ carry out women＇s organizations into the party a strong position to the work of women and warmful home full of women＇s trust and love＂.this is the new requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the new era of women＇s organizations and women＇s work.From current the problems of women＇s work,the development objectives of the new era of women＇s work and the strengthening of women＇s work in measures three aspects,aimed to provide a reference for women＇s work under the new situation.
