摘要
本文采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法研究了量子点中极化子的性质,得到了极化子的基态能量.考虑多支LO声子之间相互作用时,研究了多支LO-声子对量子点中极化子基态能量的影响.结果表明:极化子的基态能量随量子点受限长度的增大而减小;量子点受限长度随振动频率λ的增大而减小.在不同的量子点受限长度下,极化子的基态能量随量子点振动频率的减小而增大.考虑多声子相互作用时,基态能量的附加能量等于电子与多支声子耦合.
In this paper,we study the properties of polaron in quantum dot.The ground-state energy of polaron is obtained by using the linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods.Considering the interaction between many LO phonons,the influence of many LO phonons on the ground-state energy of polaron are calculated in quantum dot.The results illustrate that the ground-state energy increases with the decreasing of the confinement length of QD and the confinement length of QD increases with the decreasing of the vibration frequency λ.And the ground-state energy decreases with increasing the vibration frequency λ for different confinement length of QD.Considering the interaction of many phonons,the additional energy is equal to the electron and the many phonons coupling energies.
