摘要
针对普洱茶渥堆发酵生产当中存在的问题,设计了自动检测与控制系统,该系统利用PLC及各种检测与控制设备为下位机,以PC机和WINCC为上位机,对普洱茶发酵过程中的温度、湿度、pH值等相关数据进行实时采集与存储;根据普洱茶发酵各个阶段所需要的最优环境要求,对普洱茶发酵过程当中的湿度、温度、通风及杀菌时间进行相应的控制,为普洱茶渥堆发酵创造出合适的条件,以增加各个批次普洱茶发酵品质的稳定性.
In view of Pu'er tea heap fermentation production problems,the paper designs the automatic detection and control system,which uses of PLC and all kinds of detection and control equipment for the lower machine,and PC and WINCC for the superior machine,to real-time collect and store the temperature,humidity,pH and other related data in the Pu'er tea fermentation production.According to optimal environmental requirements of each stage in the Pu'er tea fermentation process,the automatic detection and control system takes the appropriate control for humidity,temperature,ventilation and the sterilization time in the Pu'er tea fermentation process,creating suitable conditions for the tea heap fermentation,in order to improve the stability of Pu'er tea fermentation quality in each batch.
