乙型肝炎病毒相关性肝癌发生的分子机制研究进展 被引量:12

Molecular mechanism in HBV infection related hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 原发性肝癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,乙肝病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染是原发性肝癌发生和发展的最主要的危险因素之一,因此深入研究乙肝相关性肝癌的发病机制成为一项长期而艰巨的任务,为肝癌的预防及合理治疗提供依据。本文将近年来乙肝相关性肝癌的分子机制做如下综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors. It has been proved that HBV infection plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, so it is a long-term and formidable task for us to lucubrate the pathogenesis of HBV-related HCC, which will provide the basis for prevention and reasonable treatment for HCC. This article has comprehensively reviewed the molecular mechanism of HBV-related HCC in recent years.
