摘要
分析与移动式装卸机械相连的皮带秤的特征,介绍一种能安装在工作时悬臂位置变动的移动式装卸机械上的高准确度皮带秤。该秤在倾角固定状态下动态累计误差能长期保持在±0.2%以下,采用独创的非几何量补偿方式的三维姿态跟踪装置来修正悬臂倾角变化对称重结果的影响。计量机构对在不同大小倾角及倾角变动过程中的计量性能进行实测,结果表明,在各种位置状态下的动态累积误差均优于0.5级准确度的指标。
In this paper, the characteristics of belt weighers connected with mobile handling machinery are analyzed, and a kind of belt weigher with high level of accuracy that is set up on mobile handling machinery with luffing cantilever in working case is introduced. The dynamic accumulative error of this weigher in case of fixed slope can be less than ~ 0.2%. By adopting a three - dimensional state~ tracking device with originally created non - geometric sense of compensa- ting method, this weigher can correct the effect from cantilever slope change to weighing results. A test for the measuring performance in cases of different static slopes and their dynamic processes recorded by an authority institute shows that the dynamic accumulative errors in every slope case are all less than the indexes from standard of 0.5 grade of accuracy.
