面向石油机械的机加工CAPP系统开发与应用

Development and Application of Machine CAPP System Faced to Petroleum Machinery

通过对某石油机械企业机加工生产工艺的分析,采用面向对象的技术方法,设计开发了一套机加工CAPP系统。系统集机加工工艺卡片绘制,工艺信息管理和工艺信息统计于一体,可实现工艺文件的查询、添加、修改、删除、输出等操作。同时与该企业的锻造CAPP系统及ERP系统集成,遏制了信息孤岛问题的发生,进一步提高了工艺的编制效率。

According to the petroleum machinery enterprise production process analysis, using object-oriented technology, this paper designs and develops a set of processing CAPP system and sets the machining process card drawing, process information management and process information statistics system in this system, so as to carry out the process file search, addition, edit, output , delete and other operations. At the same time, through the integration of the forging CAPP system and ERP system, it is proved that the information island problem is confained and the process of compiling efficiency is further improved.
