摘要
提出一种基于Pro/E和Auto CAD软件数据交互模式的产品设计方法——在AutoCAD模式下绘制好产品外形轮廓草图,将绘制好的草图导入到Pro/E绘图环境中进行相关产品外形轮廓草图,以产品核心部件作为参照创建其产品外形轮廓草图,设计完成的三维立体图可以直接转化为AutoCAD可识别的格式进行存档。此方法在有效地防止设计过程中极易出现的零部件干涉现象,保证了零部件之间的精确配合。通过在智能I/O模块产品设计过程中的应用,证明了此种设计方法的高效性和实用性。
A product design method based on Pro/E and Auto CAD software data interaction mode is proposed firstly product ap- pearance outline sketch is drawn in the Auto CAD mode, then the completed sketch is imported into Pro/E drawing environment to conduct related solid feature operation, thirdly the rest parts are created by taking core components of products as reference and at last the final finished three-dimensional drawing can be translated and saved directly into the Auto CAD recognized format. This method is used to improve the design efficiency, prevent the easily appeared interference phenomenon of parts, ensure the exact fit of parts. It is proved that its application in the process of intelligent I/O module products design has high efficiency and practicability.
