摘要
针眼孔型顺应针主要应用于与印制电路板的连接。为提高其可靠性,对其机械性能进行测试是十分必要的。以有限元分析软件ABAQUS为平台,建立针眼孔型顺应针与印制电路板的有限元模型,使用接触分析的方法,模拟了在不同制造误差的情况下针眼孔型顺应针的装配过程,研究了其受力和变形情况。分析结果表明制造误差对针眼孔型顺应针机械性能的影响是十分明显的,在极限情况下插入力和保持力会超出设计要求,可以通过提高加工精度、改进顺应针结构等方法来提高成品率。同时,分析过程也为针眼孔型顺应针的结构优化设计提供了依据。
The Eye-of-Needle compliant pin is mainly used to be connected with the PCB. It is necessary to make a mechanical testing to improve the reliability. The finite element models of compliant pin and PCB are established in ABAQUS. The Eye-of-Needle compliant pin assembling processes under different manufacturing errors are simulated by using the way of contact analysis. It is proved in the analysis of the stress and deformation that the manufacturing errors would affect the mechanical properties of the Eye-of-Needle compliant pin obvi- ously. The insertion force and the retention force might not comply with the design requirements in the limit cases. The rate of finished products can be increased by improving the processing accuracy or the structure of the compliant pin. The analysis process provides the theoretical basis for the structure improvement design of the Eye-of-Needle compliant pin simultaneously.
