摘要 基于计算流体动力学分析软件Fluent对一台吸入式直流传热风洞内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析了风洞主要部件(整流段、收缩段和实验段)的长度对风洞流场品质的影响,得出实验段两种雷诺数下的速度曲线,发现Re=500时实验段气流发展并保持得更均匀平稳;而Re=104时,实验段气流速度有明显下降,对试验的结果将会产生一定影响。本研究对该类风洞的优化设计有一定参考价值。 A straight wind tunnel's intemal flow field is simulated based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and its software Fluent. The influence of the wind tunnel' s three major parts' length on the flow quality is analyzed. And velocity curves under two Reynolds number in testing part are obtained and it is found that the flow fields are more steady and uniform when it is Re=500 than when it is Re = 104. The latter would affect the results of the wind tunnel test. The study is of great value to the optimal design of the wind tunnel.
