摘要
介绍了一种测试电梯滑动导靴系统摩擦及能耗的实验装置和方法,并针对不同的导靴产品进行了能耗及摩擦特性测定及分析。研究结果表明,接触压强越大,导靴摩擦系数越小;摩擦系数随滑动速度增大呈先上升后下降的趋势;导靴的结构对于摩擦系数、摩擦能耗也有一定的影响。
This paper introduces a method which is used to measure the friction and Energy consumption of the elevator slide guide system and analyses energy efficiency and friction characteristics of different guide shoes. The results of this study show that the greater contact pressure leads to the smaller friction coefficient. When sliding speed is increased friction coefficient increases to a top then after the peak it begins to fall. The structure of the shoes also have certain effect on friction coefficient and friction energy con- sumption.
