摘要
针对贴片机高速高精度的控制要求,采用梯形曲线加减速控制和S曲线加减速控制两种控制方式。通过对贴片机刚性体模型和刚柔耦合模型的运动仿真,证明S曲线加减速控制能够克服梯形曲线加减速控制的缺点,具有平稳性好、冲击力小和位置精度高的优点。
According to the control requirements of high speed and high precision of the surface mounting machine , this paper adopts two control modes-acceleration/deceleration controls of trapezoid curve and S-shaped curve. Through the simulations of both rigid and rigid-flexible coupling models of the machine , it is proved that the acceleration/deceleration controls of S-shaped curve has the advantages of good stability , small impact force and high precision of displacement , which overcomes the shortcoming of the acceleration/deceleration controls of trapezoid curve.
