摘要
通过分析影响用户感知的因素,从网络、产品、服务、宣传、竞争和流量控制等六个方面提出了提升用户感知的策略,认为提高用户感知的关键在于提升网络质量,改善产品性能,提高服务水平,加强宣传、提高用户认知,开展行业比较、实施体验营销,实施流量控制,减轻网络负担。
By analyzing the affect factors of the user perception, advices are given to improve the user's perception from six aspects, the network, products, services, publicity, competition and network traffic control. It provides reference for the traditional fixed-line operators in broad- band business development strategy formulated.
