摘要
科技创新与可持续发展的关系是可持续发展理论体系的一项重要内容。随着人们对可持续发展的深切关注,科技创新与经济可持续发展的关系也得到了进一步的论证。但相对于已有较多的定性研究来说,定量研究略显不足。在定量测度科技创新与经济可持续发展关系方面进行了一系列探索:构建了科技创新与经济可持续发展综合指标体系,运用AHP方法对各指标赋予权重,并利用2009—2010年各地区宏观数据进行测算。研究结果显示,北京和上海各类指标值都位于全国前列,科技创新与经济可持续发展的协同较好,江苏、广东等5个地区位居其次,其余省份指标评价值则相对较低。
The relationship between S&T innovation and sustainable development has become an important part in the sustainable development theory system. With people's deep concern about sustainable development, the relationship between S&T innovation and sustainable economic development has been further elaborated. However, compared to large amount of qualitative researches, quantita- tive researches are far from enough. This paper makes a series of exploration on the relationship between S&T innovation and sustain- able economic development on a quantitative basis : it builds up an index system of S&T innovation and sustainable economic develop- ment, gives the weights of the indices using the method of AHP, and calculates the value of indices using the data of all regions from 2008 to 2009. The results indicate: Beijing and Shanghai are in leading positions in all indicators and achieve good coordination in S&T innovation and sustainable economic development ; five regions including Jiangsu, Guangdong etc. come next; others get low val- ues in all indicators.
