协同创新大学农技推广服务模式的探索与实践——以在农业园区创建南京农业大学专家工作站为例

Exploration and Practice of Collaborative Innovation University Agricultural Promotion Service Model——A Case Study of Nanjing Agricultural University Expert Workstation Created in the Agricultural Park

从在农业园区建立大学农技创新与推广服务平台的视角,以南京农业大学和灌云县合作在农业园区建立专家工作站为例,实施江苏挂县强农富民工程项目,研究和探索建立以大学为依托的农技推广服务的新模式、新体系。提出了以面向产业经济发展和区域发展的重大需求为导向,在园区建立以大学为依托的农技创新与推广的综合平台,与现有"一主多元"农技推广体系互为支撑和补充,加强校县合作推广体系和机制研究,并为教育部实施"2011计划"和关于开展高等学校新农村发展研究院建设提供理论与实践经验。

This paper, from the perspective of the establishment of a university innovation and promotion platform for agricultural technology service, the expert workstation is established in the agricultural park through the cooperation of Nanjing Agricultural Univer- sity and Guanyun County for the implementation of the Project of Enhancing Agriculture and Enriching the Farmers in Gua County, Jiangsu Province, so as to carry out empirical research and explore a new model for the establishment of a new mode and a new system for agricultural technological promotion services relying on the university. It puts forward the significant demand for industrial economic development and regional development, the establishment of agricultural technology innovation and promotion integrated platform in the park relying on the university as support and complement to the existing agricultural technological promotion system featured with ＂one main system and multi-element system＂, the strengthening of school-county cooperative promotion system and mechanism research, etc. and provides theoretical and practical experience for the implementation of the ＂2011 plan＂ for the Ministry of Education and the construction of the new rural development research institute of the higher learning institutions.
