港口供应链物流能力影响因素及其协调策略研究

Research on the Influential Factors of Logistics Capacity of Port Supply Chain and its Coordination Strategy

随着全球经济一体化的加快进展,港口企业在物流服务中的作用越来越突出。将供应链的相关思想应用于港口业的发展,并把供应链管理理论运用于港口物流管理的实践,据此加强港口供应链管理的研究,已成为港口企业提升自身核心竞争力的重要战略。首先对港口供应链的现有模式及发展趋势进行了分析,继而对港口供应链物流能力的内外部影响因素展开详细剖析,并通过对其实施评价寻求提升港口企业核心竞争力的途径,最终提出促进港口供应链有效运作与协调发展的相关策略。

With the rapid integration of the world economy, the port enterprises is playing a more and more prominent role in lo- gistics service. The application of the thought of supply chain into the development of port industry and the application of the supply chain management into the practice of port logistics management, so as to strengthen the research on port supply chain, has become an important strategy for port enterprises to promote core competitive power. In this paper, we first analyze the existing mode and develop- ment trends of the port supply chain, and then make the detailed analysis on internal and external influential factors of logistics capabil- ity of the port supply chain, and seek to find paths to improve the core competitive power of port enterprises through the evaluation. The paper finally puts forward some relevant strategies to promote effective operation and coordinated development of the port supply chain.
