作为福建省省级精品课程,生物化学课的教学注重教学方法和教学手段的改革。课程教学改革围绕生物化学在食品、环保等多个领域的应用,以设计创新性实验为依托,构建具有专业特色的创新型教学模式。实施教学改革后,既激发学生对生物化学的兴趣,又培养了学生自主创新的能力。

As a Fujian provincial level excellent curriculum, the teaching methods and means reform were paid more attention in the teaching of biochemistry. The educational reform of the curriculum was focused on biochemistry in food, environmental protection and other applied fields. The innovative teaching model of professional characteristics was built based on the design of innovative experiments.
