工业化进程与劳工环境改善的比较研究

The Comparative Study of Industrialization and Improvement of Labor Environments between China and Foreign Countries

本文主要以中国、美国、日本及不同经济发展水平国家为研究对象,探讨随着工业化的演进劳工环境的改善问题。本文的研究表明,无论是与美国、日本工业化相似阶段比较,还是与目前国际上处于同一层次的发展中国家比较,中国现阶段的劳工环境均具有一定的比较优势。因此,中国并非国际上一些人士或机构所说的低劳工标准国家。劳工环境的改善具有历史性和阶段性。

This paper studies the changes in labor environments with the evolution of industrialization by takeing China, US, Japan and countries in different economic development levels as examples. It＇s found that compared with the United States and Japan or other countries in the same developing stage, the current labor environments of China have an obvious comparative advantage. Therefore, China is not a country with low labor standards defined by some international institutions and persons. The improvement of labor environments has historic and stage characteristics.
