摘要
通用技术课程作为高中课程改革的产物,倍受关注和瞩目。任课教师的专业发展成为关注的重点和提高课程教学质量的突破口,鉴于师范院校没有对口专业的现状,对任课教师进行职业培训成为最佳方法和途径,研究通用技术教师应具备的知识结构和教学能力、职后培训的设计与实施均对教师专业发展具有重要的指导意义。
As a product of curriculum revolution in high school, general technology course has been the center of attention, and the teachers' professional development who teaches this course is also in the focus and the key to improve the quality of teaching. There isn't the major to train the teacher for general technology course in normal colleges, so the on-job training for the teacher becomes the best method. It is very important for the teacher's professional development to research the knowledge structure, teaching ability, training design and implementation which the teacher should have.
