摘要
根据合理的施工程序、载荷条件和模型计算假定,对LNG储罐罐顶施工全过程建立不同分析工况的有限元模型,考虑到结构制造安装偏差引起的初始缺陷,对罐顶施工用网壳结构进行静力分析、屈曲分析和几何非线性分析,实现荷载位移变化全过程的追踪和罐顶施工全过程的设计优化。
According to the reasonable construction procedures,load conditions and model calculation assumption,the finite element models under different analytical cases are built for the whole phases of LNG storage tank roof construction.Taking into account the initial defect caused by the structure manufacture and installation deviation,the static analysis,buckling analysis and geometric nonlinear analysis are made for the latticed shell structure of the tank roof construction to trace the whole phases of load displacement change and achieve the optimized design of the whole phases of tank roof construction.
