摘要
为研究全金属螺杆泵用于人工举升采油的可行性和最佳工作范围,以分段加工全金属螺杆泵为研究对象,通过不同转速、不同压头、不同黏度下,全金属螺杆泵特性室内实验来研究全金属螺杆泵工作特性,为全金属螺杆泵采油系统优化设计提供了最佳转速和合理工况参数。
In order to study the feasibility and optimal work conditions of artificial lift production by using metal screw pump, some laboratory experiments were conducted by taking the parting full metal screw pump as study subject. Hydraulic characteristics of metal screw pump in the fixed speed conditions and the pressure changing with hydraulic characteristic change and pumping efficiency in different rotate speed were studied, and then the impact of medium with different pressure and viscosity on the volumetric efficiency of screw pump has been analyzed. The hydraulically characteristic curve of metal screw pump and the best speed and reasonable operation parameters under normal operating conditions were determined according to actual influencing factor in field application and full-scale metal screw pump hydraulic characteristic. The research provides reliable experiment data for optimum design on metal screw pump production system about operating well selecting, style design and rotate parameters optimization.
