摘要
三叠系延长组是长庆油田主力开发层系,油藏在纵向上表现为多套小层叠合。受到超前注水、笼统注水等因素影响,两层笼统合采油井层间压差较大,层间矛盾突出,分采泵分层采油是消除合采油井层级间干扰矛盾的主要方式之一。鉴于长庆油田三叠系油藏饱和压力低、地饱压差小、油井气油比高,研发了一种"上泵抽下层,下泵抽上层"的防气式分采泵,为分采油层分别提供了排气通道,对高气油比油井适应性强。现场试验应用表明,油井防气式分采泵分采效果明显,为长庆油田叠合油藏的高效开发探索出一条新途径。
The Triassic Yanchang group is the main development layer system in Changqing oilfield, and the reservoir in the longitudinal takes the form of multiple sets of small overlapping. Affected by several factors such as advanced water injection and commingled water injection, interlayer pressure difference of oil wells is always higher in two layers commingled producing, and the contradiction between layers is clear enough. Separate zone production with corresponding pump is always one of the main methods to eliminate the contradiction of interlayer interference in commingled producing. In view of low saturation pressure, small saturation pressure difference and high oil gas ratio in Triassic reservoir of Changqing, a gas proof type separate zone production pump with "criss- crossed pumping" has been developed to provide gas drainage channel for separate oil layers, and great adaptability was presented in the wells with high gas oil ratio. Field test and application shows that, separate production effect of oil well with gas proof type separate zone production pump is apparent, and has explored a new way for effectively developing composite reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield.
