摘要
分析了降低可靠性验证试验的用费问题,并以指数寿命型序贯试验方案为例,给出了降低用费的建模及计算方法。算例表明,根据模型计算关键参数的取值表,使得计算过程变得简单、实用。
The cost reduction of reliability verification test is analyzed. The modeling and calculation for the cost reduction are illustrated with an example of a sequential test based on exponential lifetime distribution. It is shown that the calculating process becomes simpler and more practical when using the proposed model to calculate the value table of the key parameters.
