摘要
当前网络环境下,我国饭店人力资源管理对网络环境认识不足、信息化管理理念缺乏,对网络招聘利用不足、人才招聘有效性不高,对网络培训运用不足、员工素质普遍偏低,对网络沟通应用不足、信息沟通渠道不畅通等问题。应充分认识网络环境人力资源管理具有的优势,更新人力资源管理理念,利用网络技术拓宽人才引进渠道、创新人才培养模式、转变绩效考核方式、改善薪酬福利管理、改进员工关系管理,有效提高工作效率、提高员工满意度与忠诚度、降低员工流失率。
In the current network environment, our hotel faces a series of problems in human resources management such as lack of awareness of network environment, information management concept, network recruitment utilization, using of the network training, application of the network communication, and recruitment efficiency is not high, the quality of the staff common on the low side, information communication channels not clear. In order to improve working efficiency, heighten employee satisfaction and loyalty and reduce staff turnover rate effectively, it is time to fully understand the advantages of human resources management based on the network environment, update management concept of human resources, use the network technology to broaden the channels for talent introduction, innovative the mode of talent training, change the methods of performance evaluation, ameliorate the salary and welfare management and improve the employee relationship management.
