摘要 办学目标定位和办学特色是大学办学指导思想的核心内容,新建本科院校办学目标定位应遵循国家和社会经济发展的需要、了解和把握国内外高等教育发展的趋势、考虑自身的发展历史和现实、必须坚持有所为有所不为,强化特色办学的原则。新建本科院校办学特色的路径选择应遵循依赖性路径,强化原有办学特色;寻求发展性路径,培育新的办学特色;探索突破性路径,以创新寻求新的办学特色。新建本科院校培育办学特色要通过扎实推进师资队伍建设,推进学科和专业建设,加强课程和教材建设以及实验室和教学实践基地建设,加大科研成果的运用与推广力度,严格内部管理形成良好校风,大力推进学生的就业工作等措施来逐步形成。 Goal orientation and characteristics is a core content of managerial guiding ideology in corteges and universities, and newly undergraduate colleges and universities must to clear their educational orientation to follow the national and social economic development needs, understand and grasp the trend of the development of higher education at home and abroad. Consider development of their own history and reality, stick to do something and strengthen the running characteristics. The school characteristics path choice of newly undergraduate colleges and universities should follow path dependence and strengthen original school characteristics, seek developmental path and foster new school - running features, explore breakthrough path and innovate to seek new school - running features. School characteristics of newly undergraduate colleges and universities must promote discipline and professional construction through perfect the construction of the teaching staff solidly, strengthen curriculum and teaching materials construction and laboratory and teaching practice base construction, increase the use of scientific research achievements and promotion of dynamics, strict internal management to form a good school spirit and vigorously promote students'employment work.
