基于洁净化度的我国煤炭洁净利用思考

分析后指出随着煤炭消费的增长,环境保护压力越来越大,提高煤炭燃烧洁净化度成为煤炭高效利用的发展方向。阐述了在能源消费总量持续增加的背景下,可通过调控经济增速控制煤炭总量、优化能源结构降低煤炭总量,运用先进的发电技术、锅炉技术等节能减排技术路线,大幅度提高煤炭利用洁净化度。

With the analysis, the paper pointed that with the coal consumption increased, the environment protection pressure would be getting higher and higher and the clean rate improvement of coal combustion would be the development orientation of the coal high efficient utilization. Under the background of the continuous increased national energy consumption, the paper stated that the adjusted economic increasing speed could be applied to control the national coal consumption, the optimized energy structure could reduce the national coal consumption and the advanced power generation technology, boiler technology and energy saving and emission reduction technical route could highly improve the clean rate of the coal utilization.
