Analysis on Measuring Conditions of Site Man-Hour Technology in Suncun Mine

为全面了解煤矿劳动组织状况、工时利用损失情况,新汶矿业集团孙村煤矿组织专业人员采用技术测定法进行现场测定,现场了解回采工人和掘进工人的工时利用和工时损失情况,并对工时利用提高的因素和工时利用损失的原因进行分析,对如何消除工时损失提出了建议,对存在的制度性问题进行了探讨说明。

In order to fully understand the mine labor organization status and the man-hour utilization and lost conditions, a site measurement was conducted by the professional personnel of Suncun Mine, Xinwen Coal Mining Group with the technical measuring method. The man-hour utilization and the man-hour lost conditions of the mining workers and the driving workers were investigated at the site and the factors to improve the man-hour utilization and the causes of the man-hour lost were analyzed. The proposals how to eliminate the man-hour lost were provided and the discussion and explanation on the system problems were conducted.
